The statistics with regard to the sex scandals in the Church back up the Cardinal. Tough subject to discuss as people assume when an assertion such as this is made is to condemn all people with the same sex attraction affliction. To start with the first premise, we don't condemn anyone.....but we must speak the truth.

Can we please get these issues straight...a lot of incompetent inking is going on in order to try and trash both John Paul II and Benedict XVI. The press and TV news are really performing an exercise in calumny to a great extent. The first place to address when confronted with such a despicable situation is the criminal complaint process.
