I am praying that people defending Prop. 26 prevail.  These “sin tax” schemes need to be tossed out.  They are excuses for attaching taxes for politicians to spend more money on bigger government.  In the meantime, if I have to shop in San Jose, I bring in my roll of shiny, new plastic bags and have them place my purchases in them.
