NOAA - National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration - NOAA: July Temperature Below-Average for the U.S.

http://www.noaanews.noaa.gov/stories2009/20090810_julystats.html NOAA - National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration - NOAA: July Temperature Below-Average for the U.S.What? No global warming for July? Is it because of a lack of activity with the sun or is it the bummer of the jobless recovery decreasing our carbon footprint? Sounds like too many variables to make a sound call to the question. Why don't we cut taxes, call off the increased debt of health care overhauls, cash for clunkers and further bailouts to heat up the economy and see if it makes a difference. I like that approach. (I am betting that if the solar activity remains low, it will stay cool for the really COOL state of an economy!)
