I guess he did not get the bummer of a memo about unnecessary tonsilectomies going on down here in the USA. We don't have a problem with medical care, we have a problem with our system to pay for it and a lack of competition for the good of the consumer.

Community Organizing Propoganda Mode to Sell Healthcare?

Is this the way we should solve public policy issues...a campaign team driven mob approach? Saying good by to the free market and liberty-valued approach will only bring a solution that will devolve into rationed health care. How many times do we have to see the collapse of healthcare systems before we wake up. Government will define what healthcare is, not doctors or patients. Saul Alinsky would be very proud of the Commander in Chief of Community Organizing. And if it doesn't work out we can blame the people, not the idiotic ideas that caused it in the first place. The road to serfdom advances.
For a look at the comparison of US healthcare versus the Canadian system, the Frasier Institute in Canada published this article in The American Magazine Online. We need to seriously consider what we will give up when government mandates what is in the plan.
The bill language became public on the eve of the kickoff of a national campaign to rally support for health care legislation that's being orchestrated by Obama's campaign team.
