Silicon Valley Taxpayers Association, Inc. v. Santa Clara County Open Space Authority

Silicon Valley Taxpayers Association, Inc. v. Santa Clara County Open Space Authority How sweet it is to finally see victory in this matter. Having worked hard to get Prop. 218 passed and then to see this lawsuit get its day in court, I am rejoicing. When the people care enough to stand up for themselves at the ballot box, it should be honored. We are ruled by too many commissions, czars, agency bureaucrats and elitists with pet projects that think everyone else should fund without a voice. IF YOU KNOW OF ANYONE living in Santa Clara County, ask them to check their property tax statement to see if they are in the open space district and to request their refund....that includes business owners who own the property of their business.
Perhaps you or your friends will be able to throw a block tea party with this money. You could also consider joining the Silicon Valley Taxpayers Association (formerly the Santa Clara County Taxpayers Association (which yours truly was a former president of) at http://www.svtaxpayers.org/
