OPINION: CalPERS Misses Point | Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Association

Financial Accountability will never be seen where it really matters...public sector employee unions until people demand it at the ballot box. We need to stop passing parcel taxes and the union backed initiatives. We have to cut back on their size. Pay for teachers, not administrators (especially pension funds). Let them rely on social security and 401Ks like the rest of us.
